WCT competitor and Florida native Damien Hobgood donates his autographed custom board to help us raise money for scholarships. Here's what he had to say:

Even though I have never been to the event I would always hear people talking about how unique and fun it is. It seemed like the whole community really loves this event. I was honored to be a part even though I am not able to make it... maybe next year.

Hobgood's board will be auctioned off on Saturday evening at the Tommy Tant Memorial Surf Classic Food Festival from 5pm-7:45pm on the Flagler Beach pier. Be sure to check out the Silent Auction, which features travel packages to the Popoyo Surf Lodge and Gran Pacifica Resort in Nicaragua, surf prints by Brian Nevins, and various art pieces on Auction. All funds raised from the Food Festival and Auction are awarded as scholarships to surfers competing or volunteering in the Tommy Tant.
